Flamboyant Feathers was founded in 2015 by Akeisha Roberts. Roberts a native of San Fernando ,Recognized as a highly skilled and creative carnival costume designer known for bringing vibrant and captivating designs to life. With a passion for blending traditional carnival aesthetics with contemporary fashion trends, Our brand Flamboyant Feathers has become a sought-after figure in the world of carnival festivities.

Born and raised in a culturally rich environment, Akeisha developed a deep appreciation for the art of costume design from a young age. They honed their skills through formal training in fashion design and have since created stunning costumes that have graced various carnival parades and celebrations. Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago; is the first daughter of a welder and first granddaughter to a shoe maker who would create Carnival mas boots for masqueraders and civilians alike. Little did she know at the age of four she would be introduced to the world of carnival production. Twenty-four years later her passion evolved and she began to share her culture through her own eyes, while continuing to stay true to the blue print with inclusivity and fashion forward creativity at the forefront.
